Property Management Team: Upon arrival, you will be introduced to our beach attendants & shown the property by our property manager Eugenie. She lives about 100 yards away, and has been a property manager for 12 years. Eugenie, with her slight British accent speaks English, Italian and Spanish. She is very well organised and very responsive to any question, or situation that should arise. Cleaning: Additional maid service is available daily for a nominal fee. Please check out our very Positive Reviews: 40+ recent groups of guests have left very favorable reviews THE VILLA (3200 square feet) This impressive residence offers spectacular never ending sunrise to sunset views, including not one, but three large outdoor decks perfect for sun-bathing, relaxing, or enjoying the rooftop Jacuzzi with a friend, or lover. ;-) WIFI: There is an remarkably good Wi-Fi system in this house. Most Punta Cana rentals share a very slow Wifi with many other apartments that degradates to an unusable level as the users increase. NOT HERE. OURS is dedicated and YOURS alone. Use the 25 mbps high speed dedicated WIFI system to stream video onto the 4 Smart TVs and/or apple TV or Skype family or friends back home. MAIN FLOOR: You’ll enter the residence via the main balcony where you will delight in the beautiful garden setting that you are immersed in. The two ceiling fans always generate a balmy breeze. People all seem to love to sit in the two rocking chairs on this balcony and look at the view, read a book or chat with friends. There is also a large wooden table which seats 8 comfortably and a comfy love seat. It is a great spot for appetizers or cocktails. It’s also great for coffee and congregating in the morning. MAIN LIVING DINING KITCHEN AREA: The spacious living/ dining area has an elegant glass dining table that seats 8 people comfortably and a comfortable sofa. There is a desk and chair if you care to get a little work done. TV: There is a large flat screen Smart TV provided with an Apple TV system. Four more ceiling fans keep this area of the house ventilated. The many large windows on all 4 sides of the house keep the Caribbean air gently moving throughout the home. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has a cold water dispenser fed from bottled water and ice maker. Cleaning: Additional maid service is available daily for a nominal fee. Lots of high end appliances help you feel like you never left the conveniences of home. Breakfast Bar and stools are a nice plus for people who want to hangout or to feed a hungry child. RECREATION ROOM - Air conditioned with large screen LED Smart TV ( 200 channels) is right off the main living/dining area has an L shaped sofa which can turn into a double bed with a 2 inch mattress topper and can be used as a 4th bedroom with a half bath conveniently beside it. There’s a handy smaller terrace off of the rear of this room. TWO MASTER SUITES ARE FOUND ON THIS MAIN FLOOR of the Villa. Each has ceiling fans and Air Condition units. Each has private ensuite bath. Each bedroom is spacious and has a pillow topped king size bed which can convert to two twins upon request. Each has a 24 x 40 desk and lots of shelves and storage space in the large closets. OUR SECOND LEVEL: The spacious 3rd master bedroom is found here. It has a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. It has a pillow topped king size bed, a 30 inch LED Smart TV, a desk an ensuite bath with tub, and its own private balcony. Shelving is provided in the large closet to store your clothes. The ROOF TOP DECK is also here at the top of the second staircase. Walk through the sliding glass doors and you will find a custom made mahogany bar with 3 bar stools under a Cana thatched roof – a perfect area to sit and chat and enjoy the views! We provided another water cooler here in case you want a glass of cold water after lounging in a chaise lounge out on the main area of this large deck or after sharing some special moments in the roof top Jacuzzi. There is also a table that seats 4 if you want to have dinner or play cards here. A Weber BarBQ Grill is provided for cooking, and the full size washer / dryer are in an enclosed glass closet – in case you want to wash the clothes before returning from your vacation. ABOVE THE SECOND LEVEL: You will find a staircase that leads to the Sun Deck. Wow! Perched high above everything and everybody – You can watch parasailers in the Caribbean Sea on one side and see all the way to the mountains on the other side. This deck is a popular get away spot during the day to get a little sun. There’s an umbrella in case you don’t. This deck is also great in the evenings. We put a couple of those popular rocking chairs here. Once people get in those rocking chairs – they don’t get out for a while. We added the Sun Deck in 2013. Everyone really loves it.
