"WELCOME TO FRANKSTON - I think the houses on Oliver's Hill get one of the best views you can have along the bay especially after working on some of those houses and seeing the panoramic views they get! I was peering outside those windows most of the time and being envious of the views!
You also get great views as you are coming in towards Frankston from the Peninsula. I really got lucky with the skies on this morning.... the sky looked pretty clear in the dark but when the dawn came around it started lighting up that high cloud making for a beautiful sunrise!"
