- All restaurants must work on delivery / takeout nationwide

- All commercial activity suspended: only gas stations, pharmacies, supermarkets, colmados, and small markets

- Public hospitals and Centros de Atención Primaria will be open. Private clinics will operate but if they want to.

- Hotels and lodges will flex tax exceptions during this period (15-30 days) on payments to DGII/Ministerio de Hacienda

- All commerce (stores, restaurants, tourism) will have tax exceptions. Ministerio de Hacienda de la República Dominicana will announce which will the economic packages tomorrow to Congress.

- Flights only for ex pats who would like to go to their countries. Flights will tax except thanks for the Acuerdos de Precios por Anticipado (APA) that DGII has for international flights.

It's official: we're at emergency countrywide now.
