Hi, did Houdini claim he would rise from the dead 50 years to the day after he died? I'm researching something related to this and so far I have found nothing that shows he made such claim (I know that magicians used to gather at his grave on Halloween for many years).

So...how's the museum doing during COVID-19? Hopefully, the museum will still be around if this nightmare ever ends.

I have been to a ton of museums in New York and the Houdini Museum is definitely one I want to check out soon. I hope everyone in the city is staying safe in their homes to avoid the spreading of Covid-19. To keep my mind occupied during this time, I just started a subscription to a movie streaming platform called Film Festival Flix. I just watched this documentary called Deceptive Practice: The Mysteries and Mentors of Ricky Jay, which is about the famous, modern magician, Ricky Jay. The film brings you through his profession, successes, and the world of magic. I would highly recommend subscribing to Film Festival Flix and watching this film as well as all the other amazing movies this platform has to offer.

Houdini Revealed is a Museum featuring several hundred of the rarest and most important pieces that were used and personally belonged to Harry Houdini on display.

Due to Covid, it is temporary closed and open to the Media by appointment. Our goal is to inspire all age groups to realize once you focus and set your mind on something, you can accomplish anything you desire. This was exactly the way Houdini lived his life. In the museums archives are over 1500 pieces of Houdiniana that will allow for an ever changing display.
