This company...delivers poor service, commits to fixing it and then drops the ball again by not actually making it right. Plus, the review below from Bobby Puri is not legitmate. He works there. You are suppose to disclose that Bobby. It isn't appropriate to write fake reviews.

Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite as all the raving reviews. Too bad,
Before heading to our destination, Gary (our driver) presented me with a copy of the Reservation Confirmation which reflected 6 hours for $694.98 ($115.83/hour). Great, perfect - just as agreed. We ended up going over the 6 hours by 1 additional hour. The subtotal should have been $810.81, based on the rate of the Reservation Confirmation Gary provided me beforehand. HOWEVER, once we were at our drop-off point, he shows me the same Reservation Confirmation but with handwritten notes, changing the rate to $150/hour. What the hell?? He told me that he was doing what he was instructed. Due to the time, I really had no choice but to sign stating that I did not agree to the adjusted hourly rate. I called them the next morning and spoke to Bobby. After an unsettling conversation with him, he told me he would see what can be done and call me back. I made it a point to ask him if was REALLY going to call me back and he said yes. And here we are, 6 days later without a call back from him - surprise, surprise!!
In my opinion and experience, this limo service is about as shady as they come. BEWARE!!!!! I have since initiated a dispute with our credit card company. It may only be a matter of a couple hundred dollars, but that's not the point. The point is that I was told one thing, provided it on paper, but then once everything was all said and done, I'm told that the rate was being changed? This service and their employees have no integrity or conscience! Very dissatisfied with their customer service! What a scam.
