Big thank you to Chris Mehan at Garavaian Travel yet again for hooking us up with our Alaskan Cruise. Knock one more thing off our bucket list! Thanks for making this a worry free trip and having everything laid out beforehand. So many people do all their travel arrangements on their own.....doesn't compete with going through an agent, especially someone as compitent as Christine! Thanks again, my friend!!
Cape Ann is a GREAT summer vacation spot. Gloucester and Rockport are on an island, beaches everywhere. Fresh seafood. The nation's oldest art colony. Home to artists like Winslow Homer and Edward Hopper, Emile Groupe, etc. My travel business slows a LOT in summer because folks who live here are not thinking about leaving in July and August. Christine, we should work together to hook your clients up with vacations HERE.
Thanks Chris for planning almost every detail on our recent cruise out of Tampa! Everything went so smoothly thanks to your tips and planning!

Forsyth County 911 Center hopes Kari's Law will make calling 911 easier

This needs to be world-wide!
Until then, make sure EVERYONE in your traveling party knows how to dial 911 from your hotel room or resort. A new law aims to make contacting emergency services that much easier. It’s called Kari’s Law and it allows people to directly call 911 from places like hotels and buildings where they otherwise might need to use an extension to dial out.

Maybe you don't like to fly. Maybe you don't like to travel. There may be many reasons you THINK you do not need to have a REAL ID.
It will be that ONE TIME that you need it and are denied boarding your flight that you will regret not having it. Your Grandma who lives across the country passes away and you are trying to get to her funeral. Your child is injured in a skiing accident several states away and you desperately want to see them before they go into surgery. You were hoping to attend your best friends wedding...but he/she lives on the other coast.
Extreme examples? Maybe. But they are REAL examples, just like your ID should be.

Are you REAL ID ready?
