Agrigento and Valley of the Temples

One of Sicily’s most famous historical attractions is without a doubt the Valley of the Temples, just outside Agrigento.
This splendid archaeological park consists of eight temples built between about 510 BCE and 430 BCE.

Reina Sofia Palace of Arts – Valencia, Spain

This wonderful building is an opera house and cultural center located in Valencia and one of the most modern buildings in Spain. It was created by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, one of the best known in the world, responsible for other great modern creations, such as the Puente de la Mujer, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Palácio das Artes took 10 years to build. At just 75 meters high, it is considered the smallest opera house in the world. The most impressive in its architecture is the ceiling in the form of a mosaic. The “feather” on the construction is 230 meters long and is made of laminated steel. The interior is divided into three parts, in which operas, concerts and conferences are held in each.

The Maldives has eliminated pre-arrival testing requirements for vaccinated travelers, becoming the latest destination to lift pandemic-era travel protocols.

The new rules, which went into effect on March 5, will eliminate the on-arrival PCR testing and make it easier than ever to visit the island paradise.
