Persons who travel for tourist reasons and have a certificate of paid accommodation in a hotel, camp, private renter or rented vessel and other form of tourist accommodation or are owners of houses or vessels in the Republic of Croatia, entry into the Republic of Croatia will be allowed upon presentation of a negative PCR or rapid antigen test – RAT on SARS-CoV-2, where the RAT test must be listed in the Common list of rapid antigen tests recognized by the Member States of the European Union, published by the European Commission.

Od 30. ožujka 2021. na svim letovima Croatia Airlinesa dozvoljena je upotreba isključivo zaštitnih medicinskih maski.

Prihvatljiva pokrivala za lice su medicinske (kirurške) maske za lice te filtrirajuće polumaske (FFP2, N95 ili KN95 bez ventila).

Starting March 30th 2021 it is mandatory for all passengers to wear medical face protective masks covering nose and mouth on board all Croatia Airlines flights.

Acceptable facial coverings include: surgical masks and filtering half masks (FFP2, N95 or KN95 mask without valve).

EU coronavirus summit: Vaccine certificates expected by summer | DW | 25.02.2021 European Union leaders have met virtually to hash out coronavirus issues. Progress was promised on vaccines, though questions remain over border closings and travel.

All passengers aged 2 and over are required to comply with the following rules on our flights to the United States as of January 26, 2021. Passengers who do not comply with the rules or make false statements will not be accepted to the flights.

Our passengers are required to submit a negative PCR (nucleic acid test) or antigen test result that sample was taken maximum 3 calendar days before the departure time of their flight.
As an alternative to the first item for passengers who survived the covid-19, they may show a positive viral test result that test sample was taken at least 10 days or at most 90 days before the departure time of their flights and a documentation of recovery written by a licensed healthcare provider or public health officer stating that the passenger is allowed to fly.
Our passengers must verify with the Attestation Form (https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/pdf/attachment-a-global-passenger-disclosure-and-attestation-2021-01-12-p.pdf)
shared by the CDC that they have received a negative test or that they have a documentation of recovery showing that they have survived COVID-19 with the relevant positive test result in accordance with the published order. Please click here in order to access the attestation form. The form must be completed by the passenger for all passengers aged 2 and over, and the parent or other authorized person can fill out the form on behalf of passengers between the ages of 2 and 17 or who cannot give consent on their behalf. Attestation Form must be delivered to Airlines station officials by our passengers in three pages after filled and signed at the airport where they will start their journey .
Exemption:

Federal law enforcement officers and US military personnel (they must be on official duty)
Test and Document Details:

All test results can be in written or electronic form. Laboratory test result is required. Negative Test result documents must contain the following details: Information identifying the person (name, date of birth), type of viral test, sampling date of the test, name and contact information of the person / institution performing the test. The statement indicating that the test result is negative should be "NEGATIVE", "SARS CoV-2 RNA NOT DETECTED", "SARS CoV-2 ANTIGEN NOT DETECTED", "COVID-19 NOT DETECTED". Test results indicated as "Invalid" will be considered invalid.

The positive viral test result documents of the passengers who have healed from the Covid-19 infection and will travel with a documentation of recovery from the relevant health authorities must contain the following details: Information identifying the person (name, surname, date of birth), type of viral test, sampling date of test, name and contact information of the institution. The positive test result should be in the form of "POSITIVE", "SARS CoV-2 RNA DETECTED", "SARS CoV-2 ANTIGEN DETECTED", "COVID-19 DETECTED". Test results indicated as "Invalid" will be considered invalid. In addition, on the document of recovery, the official's name, address, telephone number and descriptive information such as the passenger's name and date of birth must be included.

It has been stated that our passengers who make false statements may face administrative penalties (fines, arrest etc.)

Time Calculation For Tests:

If the time between connections on the same ticket does not exceed 24 hours during the travel period of the passenger to the USA, sampling time of the test must be maximum 3 days ago for negative tests or 90 days ago for positive tests for passengers traveling with a documentation of recovery from the departure time of the flight at the origin point. However, if the flight to the USA is on a different ticket or the time between connecting flights exceeds 24 hours, the time calculation must be made according to the departure time of the Istanbul / USA flight.

Evo javljam zadnje vijesti "iz prakse", tj. s naseg putovanja. Mislim da se ne bi bili pomaknuli iz Memphisa da ja nisam imala hrvatsku putovnicu, a Richard Croatian residency card. Dakle, vi ste bili stvarno u pravu da je to najbitnije. Ja sam uporno slala vijesti o Amerikancima koji mogu putovati ako imaju nekretnine u Hrvatskoj. Na zalost, iza toga ne mogu vise stajati, jer nas nitko nije pitao imamo li nekretnine u Hrvatskoj ili ne. Ja sam se bila opskrbila s raznim dokumentima, no kao sto sam upravo navela - nitko nas nije pitao za te dokumente. Retrespetivno se to cini logicno, jer kako bi npr. Amstersdam ili Frankfurt provjeravao nekakve dokumente na hrvatskom. Pitali jesu - zasto smo se uputili u Hrvatsku - i onda sam im ja obasnila da spadamo u one sa ""nekretninama" na Hvaru, ali narocito u Zagrebu, zbog potresa..........
