The Leavenworth Village of lights are on 7 days a week from Thanksgiving weekend through February! If you can visit during the mid-week you'll have fewer crowds and shorter wait times for your favorite businesses with all the same lights as the weekends. We are having a promotion mid-week for a free keepsake ornament thru December 23rd if you make purchases totaling $50 and you'll get a limited edition ornament if you make purchases totaling $100. Just bring your receipts from any of our designated chamber members to the Visitor Center to receive your keepsake ornament. Excludes groceries, gasoline or alcohol purchases. Here's a look at what the National Weather Service is forecasting for the mountain passes starting Thursday afternoon and running through Saturday (check the comments for what they forecast for the lowlands). Basically could be a foot or more of snow on the passes including I-90 Snoqualmie, US 2 Stevens, US 12 White and SR 20 North Cascades. If any of those are in your plans, please - PLEASE - did I say please?:

Our plows will be out treating and clearing the highways as much as possible but if snow is falling as hard as expected, roads will still be really challenging. We need your help to keep the passes open, and that means being prepared for winter conditions.

Live from Leavenworth! We got a dusting of fresh snow overnight! The lights will be on every night from Thanksgiving thru Valentine's Day. If you can come during the midweek you'll be able to enjoy the Lights with less crowds and still all the fun with the same beautiful lights!
