Residents, Kenny and Alba, tied the knot on The BLVD Collection rooftop! The celebration continued with family in the lounge! It was a picture-perfect day and we couldn’t be more excited for the newlywed's 💍 Congratulations!

In BLVD 465 (Monaco) we were notified of water system and boiler repairs earlier this week. The North Tower was originally scheduled for repair on Thursday, October 15th and the South Tower on Friday, October 16th, both between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM.

However, I lost water pressure and had discolored water yesterday (South Tower). Only later in the day did I see the follow-up email sent at 9:51 AM yesterday that you'd swapped the dates around. So I had no water to wash clothes or run my dishwasher during the day yesterday.

Now this morning (Friday) I go to have my shower and there's no hot water. There's been no email advising of any issue or a 2nd change to repair details.

Not such a "luxe" experience really, is it?

This is completely unacceptable!

Why aren’t you letting your concierge staff wear masks? Why are you allowing delivery guys to come to the apartment doors? Do you not want your community to be safe? We as residents need to see you take precautions against this Coronavirus. We heard that the people standing at the door were told not to wear masks as they are scaring the people. What kind of management decision is that? Kindly remedy this and ensure the safety of the residents.

Hi folks, we are vacating our Marbella apartment in the near future and are sad to leave behind our super nice and efficient cook, house cleaner and beautician (3 different ladies 😊).
