Penfold’s Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz!

Bin 28 is my pick for our red wine of the season. Deep blackberries and redder fruits are courted by an ascent of spongy tea cake and Rocky Road marshmallows. The palate has a nice smooth build of fruit into a fine, polished tannin that you’ll be sure to enjoy sitting next to a warm crackling fire.

Sugar Cookie Martini!!

Possibly the most decadent of our seasonal Holiday cocktails, this sugar cookie martini is perfect for sipping any time this winter. With vanilla vodka, amaretto, Bailey’s and heavy whipping cream, we garnish this martini with vanilla frosting and sprinkles for an extra celebratory touch. A tried and true companion for baking Holiday cookies and Holiday dinners alike.

DAY 9 OF HOLIDAY LIBATIONS!!!

The Grinch!

If you’re looking for a sweet fruit and citrus based cocktail that just screams “Holiday In The Sun,” look no further than the Grinch! This cocktail abandons the traditional spiced varietals on par with a lot of Holiday favorites in lieu of white rum, peach schnapps, blue curaçao, and citrus soda. A drink as green as The Grinch himself, it’ll turn your Christmas tree into a palm tree after just one or two!

DAY 8 OF HOLIDAY LIBATIONS

Santa Clausmopolitan!

This take on a Cosmopolitan is a tart, refreshing detour from the sweet and spiced libations most commonly enjoyed during the Holiday Season. With vodka, triple sec, cranberry and lime juice, we garnish this with sanding sugar and cranberries for an extra festive splash of color.

DAY 7 OF HOLIDAY LIBATIONS!

Yuletide Moon!

Having difficulty deciding whether you would like to go for a wine or a spirit this Holiday season? Look no further than the Yuletide Moon! Made with bourbon, red wine, muddled cherries and orange juice, we add a dash of maple syrup to sweeten it up. Garnish with lemon zest and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a fantastically refreshing Yuletide cocktail.

DAY 6 OF HOLIDAY LIBATIONS!

Spiked Eggnog!

Quite possibly the most recognizable and cherished Holiday libation. We spike our eggnog with rum and cognac to deliver wonderfully sweet and slightly spicy notes under the creamy mouthfeel of the egg nog. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and nutmeg for the ultimate in Christmas indulgence.

DAY 5 OF HOLIDAY LIBATIONS

Pecan Pie Martini!

We’ve all had pecan pie for dessert, but this take on the classic dessert-gone-cocktail is one you’ll want to sip on for many holidays to come! The bourbon base provides wonderful spiced notes alongside Rumchata and creme de cacao. Garnish with caramel sauce and crushed pecans for the ultimate treat.

DAY 4 OF HOLIDAY LIBATIONS

Peppermint Mocha White Russian!!

A nice Winter twist to the classic White Russian, this version includes peppermint liquer to pair with chocolate liqueur for the peppermint mocha base. Vodka and heavy whipping cream round out this delicious Winter cocktail. Add white chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes to the rim for an added treat.

DAY 3 OF HOLIDAY LIBATIONS

Gluhwein!

Traditionally consumed at European Christmas markets, Gluhwein is a spiced wine that originated in Germany. Gluhwein translates roughly to “smouldering wine,” from the temperature the wine is heated to. Our rendition uses sweet red wine and the mulling spices include cinnamon sticks, star aniseed, oranges, vanilla pods, cloves and sugar.

21st Amendment Fireside Chat Holiday Spiced Ale!

Named after FDR’s Depression-era radio addresses, Fireside Chat is brewed like a classic warming Strong Ale with some judicious spice selection to round out the flavor and mouthfeel. Coming in at 7.9% and 45IBUs, this seasonal selection from 21st Amendment is sure to get the conversation started.
