🟣 The Carahunge monument consists of the central circle, the north arm, the south arm, the N–E alley, the chord (crossing the circle) and separate standing stones.

🟢 The site is rich with stone settings, burial cists and standing stones. In total, 223 stones have been identified.

🟡 The heights (above ground) of the stones range from 0.5 to 3 m and they weigh up to 10 tons. They are basalt (andesite)stones, eroded by time and covered with moss and lichen of many colours. The inner surface of the holes is much better preserved. There are also many broken and unnumbered stones.

🌍 Khndzoresk Bridge is one of the most interesting attraction in Syunik region.

🟣 The 160-meter long bridge weighting 14 tons connects the two banks of the village, the so-called Old and New Khndzoresk.
🟢 Old Khndzoresk is famous as a cave settlement, where the village is located on both slopes of the mountain and inhabitant have used natural and artificial caves on those slopes as dwellings.

🟠 The Cafesjian Museum Foundation was established in April 2002 in Yerevan under the auspices of the Government of Armenia and the Cafesjian Museum Foundation of America.

🟡 The Armenian government provided the Foundation with the half-constructed Yerevan Cascade complex along with the surrounding area.

🟢 Inspired by the vision of its founder, Gerard L. Cafesjian , the museum offers a wide variety of exhibitions, derived from the Gerard L. Cafesjian collection of contemporary art.

🟠 The oldest example of a leather shoe has been discovered by archaeologists in a cave in Armenia in 2008
🟠 At 5,500 years old, the well preserved cow-hide shoe pre-dates Stonehenge by 400 years and the Pyramids of Giza by 1,000 years
🟡 It was made of a single piece of leather and was shaped to fit the wearer's foot, the researchers say.
🟡 The shoe contained grass, although the archaeologists are uncertain as to whether this was to keep the foot warm or the maintain the shape of the footwear.

🔵 From ancient times people lived in these rocky hills, constructing artificial shelters and places for food storage.
🔴 The length of the cave city is 3 km. The village had 3000 houses and population of 15000 people. Most of the houses in the village are dug into the rock.
